Quality

At CLEMESSY SERVICES the customer’s satisfaction is our top priority!

Our quality management system is based on norm ISO 9001 (version 2008) and has been applied since 1996 in all our settlements and production sites.

Our approach is based on a proactive management

Safety

The experience acquired by our industrial maintenance activity in terms of safety has been largely shared and extended to cover the entire Branch thanks to:

  • the involvement of experienced staff members in ensuring that new members comply with the Contractors Safety Assurance Manual (MASE) benchmark,
  • sharing and exchange meetings throughout the year,
  • cross-referenced audits of non-MASE units by qualified and experienced employees or prevention specialists,
  • training of auditors from new units.

The prevention of work accidents is a core component of human-resources policy throughout the Group, and constitutes a key commitment on the part of Group management.

Work-accident prevention takes different forms depending on the specific characteristics and organisational structures of individual Eiffage divisions :

  • Organisation of fifteen-minute safety sessions
  • Sharing of best practices by site managers
  • Meetings of all employees of an entity, at which all aspects of health & safety are examined
  • Development of new working methods
  • Workstation modifications
  • Development of prefabricated modules to improve working conditions

Environment

In accordance with the provisions of the MASE, the Company is in the process of obtaining ISO 14001 certification throughout the CLEMESSY SERVICES division: five sites obtained certification in 2015 and certification is underway at another seven sites. An environmental protection campaign has been implemented in the Company’s offices, factories and project sites, and at the industrial sites of some of our customers. A land and buildings audit was carried out at the division’s various sites to identify the risks associated with them, evaluate the legal and financial positions and determine their potential with regards to clean energy.
